Lonely Explorer (GMTK 2024)

My submission for the 2024 GMTK Game Jam.
It is about large planets and star systems. This is my first ever completed (although there isn't much gameplay) game, written in 100% python and pygame-ce.
Planet and background textures from https://www.solarsystemscope.com/textures/. Sounds from https://sfxr.me/. All other assets created by me.

Nice job with the ship controls, they're very satisfying! It reminds me a bit of Outer Wilds.
